Monday

  • 7:00 – 8:00 AM: Pilates
  • 6:00 – 7:00 PM: Zumba

Tuesday

  • 7:00 – 8:00 AM: Indoor Biking
  • 6:00 – 7:00 PM: Heavy Lifting

Wednesday

  • 7:00 – 8:00 AM: Calisthenics
  • 6:00 – 7:00 PM: Pilates
